What you think and what you say

Inevitably leads you astray

How can thinking become my burden?

Who is the maker of these thought?

Where does this reside?

Questions lead to questions

Do not waver…can you see the savior ?

Thinking holds hands with solutions and discoveries

Think, discover.

New worlds, new inventions, moral laws and governing bodies

Can this bring us peace?

Dominate your mind and see what you will find

What you think and what you say

Inevitable leads you astray

So take your flame and take the blame

Your thoughts my friend are part of this game

Look within the blinding light

May your thoughts be your own

How do we find ourselves? Our passion? Our purpose?

These questions often come to myself and my friends and is often a topic of discussion. The answer hides behind unfortunate circumstances which are usually self-induced. It is the external remedy which is the bandage, covering up the wounds which are deep inside. Coming to the realization we are wearing a bandage is the hardest to realize because we have to admit we are lying to ourselves, pretending to be something we are not. We have to admit we have been tricked by ourselves into believing the wound is someone else or an experience, pointing the finger at others is the ego at work. We have our belief system which we are convinced is true is actually veiled in half-truths and outright lies. If there is to be any truth found it will be in self realization, the wound is not on the surface. When we look we often do not see it, this is no fault of our own, often knowledge is hidden in plain sight awaiting the conscious mind to WAKE UP. Asking question starts this process. To ignite the flame one must strike the match with intention of progress. What do you see? Where is your focus? Look within…

“If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.” Gospel of Thomas

I am not here to tell you what to do or what to think. I feel to share my thoughts and if you choose to ponder them and offer your time and contemplation you may find keys. The only keys I have found were done so with time and many hours, days and months of contemplation. Spiritual growth is like a garden which needs tending, weeds will come, water is needed. Peeling the layers to find the roots of our inner chambers shows us dark places. I ask you now as a friend to take a candle with you. Hold this flame in the darkness and watch the blackness flee. In one hand a symbol of virtue and the other a symbol of vice and within this stillpoint we find our resonance.

Certain people come into our lives to teach us and these interactions should not be taken lightly. We do not need to understand the whys but rather we need to understand they have come to you and they are choosing to be a branch on your tree. Learning from others allows the mirror to reflect. Nothing can be accomplished without internal reflection.

By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.Confucius

Take all your uncertainty and questions and flip the hourglass to the progression of self-reflection. Each chemical reaction you partake in is the experience the stars embrace to shine their light. Shine now and forever my dear friends.

Compassionately,

J.R.

Be You – Be Love August 19, 2015

The most powerful force in this world is the love we have for others and most importantly for ourselves. This is not a religious moment: this is consciousness evolution. The saving comes from the collective, not from one single idea or a group. This starts with YOU; how you see the world and what you CHOOSE to focus on will penetrate the conscious mind of the future identity of this planet/humankind. What does it look like? What does it feel like? The uncomfortable leads to growth; this is the nature of stretching the will. It will be in inward revolution of the hearts and minds of many. The opening of consciousness will bring about a new era of awareness, and we will see the world with new eyes. This all sounds very vague, and we have all heard of promises of being saved for hundreds of years, but One cannot be stifled when the inevitable is about to come.

Energy can transform in an instant, in the blink of an eye, with a glance, with a word or a belief. Choose carefully where you send your energy, and above all, believe in love. Unconditional love is service to others. True love has no conditions and does not come asking or needing anything: it is a state of being.

How can we help each other with love? There is usually only a handful of people in your life with whom you share a connection– you would do anything for them. When we expand this concept to others, we start to see a ripple effect. A simple smile to a stranger can change the energy signature within them. Believing in a friend when they start a new life journey can alter their mindset.

The ripple in water is created from a single drop. How can something so small affect the whole? You, my friend, are the author. I believe in you.‎

Whispers to awaken come from the lips of Mia
The sleeping giants open their eyes to the lullaby

Beloved memory of offspring

Red hair or red coats, they will come
What will be said?
What is left to do?‎

English Lyrics to MIA
When I was hungry I came to you
You said: you can eat when you’ve washed the dishes
People like you shouldn’t make things complicated
Give them a chance before they’ll go do something stupid

The middle class rules the country
Better than ever before
Mia has seen the light
She says: no one will be lost

For now we’ll continue for a bit
On the lighting path, the wrong trail
You can find people like me everywhere
On the labor market, in this valley of tears

Stars come, stars go
Only Elvis continues to exist
Mia has never suffered
She asks: can you still dream?

The middle class rules the country
Better than ever before
Mia has seen the light
She says: no one will be lost

Stars come, stars go
Only Elvis continues to exist
Mia has never suffered
She asks: can you still dream?

Stars come, stars go
Only Elvis continues to exist
Mia has never suffered
She asks: can you still dream?

OH what can we find in the mud of dreams?
The stardust fills the mind with stomach lust
Where the foraging of magic mushrooms pollute reality, fabricated consciousness
What is real? how can you find the unreal? and see the unseen?
The poor boy cries as he sits and wonders, what has BEGUN?!
Nothing has been taken from the fortitude of fortress
Taken to the light of soul catching control
Believe what the ear speaks and you will fall
I saw an angel die, fast asleep only to awaken
Then to begin building a magnitude so vast the trillion stars lost count
Incessant instances into incoming inspirational inoculation~.~
Clear the mind to see the crystal dreams waiting to be immersed in

I asked for perfection so my ego showed me my soul
But what soul is perfect ?
Do not waver in trying to understand the blemished soul
This does not exist
The pure soul is perfection!
The ego thinks it will comprehend perfection but never will
The soul has no scale – it is nothing more than perfection

Eye Contact Inception August 4, 2014

Have you ever made eye contact with someone and feel a sense of depth or any emotion which seems puzzling? How is this possible? Where do these feelings generate from?  What is the source?

“The eyes are the window to the soul”

On one hand they might be created from insecurities or wishful thinking of what we hope the person to be. This is a tragedy for hope in what cannot be proven only leads to disappointment, hurt feelings and false sense of reality. We imagine someone of our dreams, a figment of our imagination destined to fulfil our storybook ending. The truth is we are imperfect and our imagination often misleads and teases the mirage of these thoughts. Do we truly understand this when we connect with someone?

On the other hand perhaps there is some innate memory which recognizes this window, for this window seems familiar, this window is open. I am of the belief “all the worlds a stage… And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages.” As You Like It Act 2, scene 7, 139–143

  1. Infant
  2. Schoolboy
  3. Lover
  4. Soldier
  5. Justice(Wise)
  6. Old Man
  7. Second childhood

On this stage of actors and actresses of over 6 billion women and men only a handful make an impact on our lives. I also find this fascinating. We carry out our lives wearing many hats meeting certain people who assist us, love us, hate us and envy us.

Back to the topic of eye contact; I have met men and women with whom I have made eye contact and knew we would be friends. It was a “knowing” and after reflection is still baffling to me how this actually occurs. I tend to think certain people are destined to cross our paths, while others are not. Everything happens for a reason. Lessons learned and mirrors shown.

I was asked if I believe in love at first sight, I do not. I do believe in connection, love at first sight is just an idea which has no merit until it is tested. Ideas have no value until they prove to create sustainable results.

I often think people like the idea of things rather than the work it takes to produce results. For example, I trained traditional Kung Fu for nearly 7 years and saw many students come and go. They were in love with the idea of Bruce Lee or being a marital artist from a movie. When it came down to practising one move for an entire year they did not have the patience. In reality to master ONE move takes up to a year, when we see Jet Li demonstrate moves on TV each movement was practised thousands of times, he started when he was 8 years old and what we see is a result of decades of training. So with this idea of love, how then can we say we love someone without ever practising a single move? Love is not a marital art but it is a discipline, it takes work, give and take, bruises and bumps, offense and defense, understanding and practise.

So when I say I am baffled with the connection I feel when I make eye contact I truly am. This is something I will never understand and is one of the most beautiful mysteries of my life.

Epiphysis Cerebri = Pineal Gland

Epiphysis = Epiphany
Cerebri = Cherubim

Through the awakening of our pineal gland our consciousness awareness is expanded, we may even have an epiphany. The angle of our perception affects what we choose to believe and constructs our reality.

Angle = Angel. My closest friends are Angels for they show me another angle or another perception I could not see for myself.
The epiphany cherubim is an awakening from the wings of an angel.

Another perspective. No fear. No attachments. Freedom.

When we receive inspiration from a piece of art or music we stimulate a reaction of emotion. Most would justify this reaction with a chemical reaction in the brain and nothing more. However, when we experience an inner creative expression it is our interpretation of uncovering the meaning that draws us closer to “spirit”. This is truth and the power of compassion within. For it is truth and love which have no conditions; within creative inspiration we find the beauty.

AtlasandtheHesperides1925

“Atlas the baleful; he knows the depths of all the seas, and he, no other, guards the tall pillars that keep the sky and earth apart.” Homer, Odyssey

Today I want to talk about the myth of Atlas; the primordial titan who held up the celestial sphere. We all remember hearing the stories of Atlas holding the whole world on his shoulders. There have been many essays written on Atlas and the symbolism therein. I want to shed some light on this myth.

In anatomy ATLAS (C1) is the first cervical vertebra of the spine.

The story of Atlas holding up the world can be compared to the vertebra holding up the sphere of the mind.

Atlas is depicted as meditating upon heaven and hell, meaning he studied the constellations. Through the understanding of both realms he could navigate through the universe. The universe can be compared to the sea.
“Titan Tethys was once married to Oceanus, whose translucent waters scarf the broad earth. Their child Pleione couples with sky-lifting Atlas–so the story is–and bears the Pleiades.”

Ovid, Fasti 5. 79 ff (trans.Boyle) (Roman poetry C1st B.C. to C1st A.D.)

His seven daughters can be compared to the seven seas. The term “Seven Seas” appears as early as 2300BC in Hymn 8 of the Sumerian Enheduanna. Atlas, the higher consciousness navigates through the portals of existence and bears the daughters of the Pleiades. Within the mind we also can compare his daughters to the seven chakras. The chart below depicts the comparison of Atlas’s offspring.

Take note of the chakra’s as they are the keys to the kundalini energy. Through meditation we can open these energy centers and tap into our higher consciousness. This is what the ancients taught about with the Kundalini serpent.
